1. Access Number

This is the number which is of 10 to 11 digits and is used for dialing the prepaid calling cards. It is mostly a Toll Free Number which starts with 800, 866, 877 or 888. There are few Local Access Numbers that have local charges for certain areas and territories in the prepaid calling cards.

2. Connection Fee

Whenever a connection is taken, this fee is charged from the balance of the phone card. Mostly the calling cards do not have a connection fee and it also minimizes the total minutes in the calling card.

3. CSC Code

This is a security code which is printed as 3 digits at the back of your Debit or Credit card after the account number in the signature field.

4. Destination Number

It is the number that you are willing to call, for the domestic calls, the number starts with "1" and for international calls, it starts with "011" and then enter the area code and the destination number.

5. Local Access number

For certain areas, it is the local phone number. It mainly serves as an Access number for prepaid calling cards and helps to reduce the rates for the users.

6. Maintenance Fee

If there is sufficient balance in your phone card, then this fee is deducted. After you make the very first phone call, this fee is deducted within 24 hours according to the EST and not charged to your debit/credit card. Mostly the phone cards do not have a maintenance fee in our website.

7. Pay Phone

A Pay phone is a one that is located either indoors or outdoors and is used as a private or a public phone that accepts encoded credit cards or coins. The calling cards can also used from any private Pay Phone in the United States.

13. Service Taxes and Surcharges

These charges usually ranges from 0 to 25 percent and is mainly reduced from the balance amount for every call you dial.

14. Toll Free Access Number

It is mostly an 11 digits number which starts with 800, 866, 877 or 888 which is needed to dial for using the prepaid phone cards.

15. Validity period

It is the expiration period of a phone card that starts from the first call placed. There are many cards available in our site that has limited and unlimited expiration periods. (For unlimited cards, there should be a refill for at least once in 6 months).
